Locations: Delhi / Gurgaon

Experience: 8+ years of experience in similar industry

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate 

Frequency of Travel:  High & as required in Respective Region 

Role and responsibility:

  • Manage team of Promoters, TL’s, Trainers etc & evaluate their performance on monthly basis.(Preferably From Heavy Appliances)
  • Need’s Drive Sales Target,
  • Cost V/S Sales need to improve from Sales Team
  • Maintain daily / weekly & monthly attendance & sales report of employees.
  • Maintain daily / weekly & monthly defaulters & co-ordinate with concerns on improvement.
  • Responsible for multiple companies’ projects, activities, attendance, billing, pay rolls, hiring, accounts outstanding, training, review, meetings.
  • Ensure unpaid visibility in markets &specially during festival seasons.
  • Recruit candidates within 7 days of vacancy intimation.
  • Client service - Meeting to resolve the problems if any.
  • Weekly Meetings and reviews of Team Leaders& specially with non-performers.
  • Handling issues of ESIC, PF & salary of project employees.
  • End to end recruitments of new and existing vacancies with follow ups.
  • Planning and preparing various schemes for sale& doing R&R activity.
  • Actively learn & stay informed about product capabilities, roles, new systems &processes.
  • Identify performance gaps & recommend solutions to close gaps related to knowledge& skills.
  • Reporting to Sr. Management on regular basis & get into regular reviews.
  • Should regularly upgrade himself/herself on product knowledge& required skills.
  • Achievement of revenue & other given targets.
  • Should be punctual & flexible in travelling.

Required skills:
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in similar industry
  • Excellent presentation & Communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Excellent in Power point & making projects in PPT (Mandatory)
  • Good in Team Handling & interpersonal skills.

        I. Business Development

        Job Role –

        I. Business Development

           A. Plan activities to maximize business in assigned territory

           B. Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned territory

           C. Maintain relationship with village authorities and politically influential people

           D. Identify potential business opportunities in the region

           E. Collect and utilize market information to facilitate decision making

           F. Implement plans by allocating resources as suggested by State Business Heads

           G. Plan promotional and brand building activities to increase business and market penetration

         

        II. Portfolio Health

           A. Monitor proper documentation of loan files in assigned territory

           B. Ensure timely collection of EMIs

           C. Monitor and control NPA's

           D. Ensure audit guidelines are followed and loan documents are duly filled

           E. Random verification of properties financed during branch visits

           F. Ensure all norms and audit requirements are being adhered to

           G. Maintain profitability of territory by controlling cost and AFC collection

         

        III. Process Improvement and Adherence

           A. Continuously monitor each branch's daily performance and compare it with monthly targets

           B. Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and procedures in assigned territory

           C. Supervise the credit functions of the region and communicate with them regularly for understanding and resolving issues faced

           D. Provide approvals for administrative functions of the branch

           E. Submit MIS reports to state head as required
