Role
and responsibility:
- Manage team of Promoters, TL’s, Trainers etc & evaluate their performance on monthly basis.(Preferably From Heavy Appliances)
- Need’s Drive Sales Target,
- Cost V/S Sales need to improve from Sales Team
- Maintain daily / weekly & monthly attendance & sales report of employees.
- Maintain daily / weekly & monthly defaulters & co-ordinate with concerns on improvement.
- Responsible for multiple companies’ projects, activities, attendance, billing, pay rolls, hiring, accounts outstanding, training, review, meetings.
- Ensure unpaid visibility in markets &specially during festival seasons.
- Recruit candidates within 7 days of vacancy intimation.
- Client service - Meeting to resolve the problems if any.
- Weekly Meetings and reviews of Team Leaders& specially with non-performers.
- Handling issues of ESIC, PF & salary of project employees.
- End to end recruitments of new and existing vacancies with follow ups.
- Planning and preparing various schemes for sale& doing R&R activity.
- Actively learn & stay informed about product capabilities, roles, new systems &processes.
- Identify performance gaps & recommend solutions to close gaps related to knowledge& skills.
- Reporting to Sr. Management on regular basis & get into regular reviews.
- Should regularly upgrade himself/herself on product knowledge& required skills.
- Achievement of revenue & other given targets.
- Should be punctual & flexible in travelling.
Required skills:
- Must have 8+ years of experience in similar industry
- Excellent presentation & Communication skills (Mandatory)
- Excellent in Power point & making projects in PPT (Mandatory)
- Good in Team Handling & interpersonal skills.
