Criteria -
Must be a graduate
Must have 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in NBFC (Secured business loan ( Mortgaging property for business loan ) / Farm equipment loan / SME LAP / Housing Loan)
Age must be within 35 years

Job Role –
I. Business Development
A. Plan activities to
maximize business in assigned territory
B. Achieve monthly sales
targets in assigned territory
C. Maintain relationship
with village authorities and politically influential people
D. Identify potential
business opportunities in the region
E. Collect and utilize
market information to facilitate decision making
F. Implement plans by allocating
resources as suggested by State Business Heads
G. Plan promotional and
brand building activities to increase business and market penetration
II. Portfolio Health
A. Monitor proper
documentation of loan files in assigned territory
B. Ensure timely
collection of EMIs
C. Monitor and control
NPA's
D. Ensure audit
guidelines are followed and loan documents are duly filled
E. Random verification of
properties financed during branch visits
F. Ensure all norms and
audit requirements are being adhered to
G. Maintain profitability
of territory by controlling cost and AFC collection
III. Process Improvement and Adherence
A. Continuously monitor
each branch's daily performance and compare it with monthly targets
B. Ensure implementation
and adherence to policies and procedures in assigned territory
C. Supervise the credit
functions of the region and communicate with them regularly for understanding
and resolving issues faced
D. Provide approvals for
administrative functions of the branch
E. Submit MIS reports to
state head as required
F. Follow up/Ensure
credit approval from concerned authority for files submitted across the
Territory
G. Ensure strict
adherence to service and quality benchmarks in all branches
IV. Customer Satisfaction
A. Maintain monthly and
quarterly reports and records
B. Ensure timely
disbursals of Home Loans
C. Attend to customer
inquiries/grievances on a timely basis
D. Address customer
grievances and find solutions or escalate them as and when required
E. Meet NPA customers to
understand the reason for not paying and convince them to repay
V. Employee Engagement and Development
A. Spend quality time
with new joiners for proper handholding of responsibilities and understanding
of the job
B. Review performance of
Team Leaders and Customer Managers on a regular basis
C. Provide guidance and
motivate team members to enhance their performance
D. Train support staff on policies and
procedures.
