Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our HR recruitment team in Bangalore. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and develop your skills in all aspects of recruitment, from strategic sourcing to client management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

  • Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in recruitment 
  • Passion for recruitment and a strong desire to build a career in the field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and any regional languages (a plus)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
  • Proficiency in using computers and the internet for research and communication
  • Knowledge of recruitment in Non-IT (Sales / Accounts / BFSI / BPO / bulk hiring) or IT (emerging technologies) (a plus).

Salary:

  • For freshers: for first 3 months, salary will be 1.20 to 1.80 LPA + attractive incentives package. Salary will be reviewed after 3 months based on performance.
  • For experienced (in recruitment) candidates: Salary commensurate with experience and skills

About the Role -

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality operational support across various domains, including New Business, Policy Holder Services, Premium, Agency & Commission, or Claims. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.

Functional Responsibilities -

  • New Business: Processing applications, verifying underwriting data, and ensuring accurate policy issuance.

  • Policy Holder Services (PHS): Managing policy amendments, address/beneficiary changes, and answering account-related inquiries.

  • Premium & Billing: Handling premium payments, account reconciliations, and resolving billing discrepancies.

  • Agency & Commission: Calculating commissions, managing agent licensing records, and resolving compensation inquiries.

  • Claims: Processing benefit claims, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely settlement per regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Process transactions accurately and timely according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain high levels of data integrity and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly targets and deadlines.

  • Adapt to process changes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
