Job role – Field Sales and Open Market Sourcing for Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage loan
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers for Aditya Birla Capital
- Selling products like Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan etc
- Work with Sales Manager and plan sales for achieving targets (including cross-sell), considering competitive forces and local trend.
- Work on assigned and identified prospects list for client relationship origination and maintenance activities, interacting with ground-level client stakeholders
- Conducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity (Field work).
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Criteria –
Qualifications: Graduate (10+2 can be considered, based on experience)
Experience: Must have 1+ yrs of sales experience in Home Finance / LAP / Mortgage Loan
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
- Must have 1+ yrs of sales experience in Home Finance / LAP / Mortgage Loan
- Strong knowledge of the housing finance industry and products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls (Field work)
- Should have own 2wheeler.
