Role and Responsibilities
Manage a team of Promoters, TL's, Trainers, etc., and evaluate their performance on a monthly basis. (Preferably From Heavy Appliances)
Needs to drive sales targets.
Improve Cost V/S Sales from the Sales Team.
Maintain daily/weekly & monthly attendance & sales reports of employees.
Maintain daily/weekly & monthly defaulters & coordinate with concerns on improvement.
Responsible for multiple companies' projects, activities, attendance, billing, payrolls, hiring, accounts outstanding, training, review, and meetings.
Maintain PJP vs AJP of employees.
Ensure unpaid visibility in markets & especially during festival seasons.
Recruit candidates within 7 days of vacancy intimation.
Client service - Meeting to resolve problems if any.
Weekly meetings and reviews of Team Leaders & specially with non-performers.
Handling issues of ESIC, PF & salary of project employees.
End-to-end recruitments of new and existing vacancies with follow-ups.
Planning and preparing various schemes for sale & doing R&R activity.
Actively learn & stay informed about product capabilities, roles, new systems & processes.
Identify performance gaps & recommend solutions to close gaps related to knowledge & skills.
Reporting to Sr. Management on a regular basis & getting into regular reviews.
Should regularly upgrade himself/herself on product knowledge & required skills.
Achievement of revenue & other given targets.
Should be punctual & flexible in traveling.
