Working Mode: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs. Work from Office
Shift: Rotational shifts (Day & Night)
Transportation: Transport / Cab facility available as per company policy
Joining required: Immediate to early joiners preferred
Interview mode: Personal Interview (No option for Virtual Interview)

Education: Any Graduate or above (College students currently studying are also welcome)
Good English communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
Ability to understand customer concerns and solve problems effectively
Basic knowledge of Windows computers
Good time management and ability to work independently
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (Day & Night)
Job Role -
As a Customer Support Associate, you will help business customers by answering their questions over phone calls. Your goal is to solve customer issues, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer customer calls and provide support, listening carefully to solve customer problems.
Professional Handling: Handle customer concerns politely and professionally while meeting quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
Documentation & Reporting: Keep customer records and update information accurately, report common customer issues, and suggest improvements.
