Criteria -
Education: Any Non-Engineering Graduate/PG (except BE/BTech/MCA).
Graduation must be full time classroom course. Must have Degree Certificate.
Experience: 0 - 8 yrs (Freshers are eligible)
Salary: 2.6 LPA for fresher, Upto 3.3 LPA for 1 - 1.5 yr, Upto 4.3 LPA for 1.5 - 3 yrs, Upto 5.3 LPA for 3 - 5 yrs, Upto 7 LPA for 4 - 8 yrs of relevant experience
Required Experience / Knowledge -
- Must have experience in PHS / Premium / New Business / Agency & Commission in US Life Insurance or Annuity Process. Also considering Freshers.
- Candidates must possess good communication skill – Both verbal and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open to work in evening and Night Shifts (US Shifts) or Rotational Shifts, as per business need.
- Ability to work independently / with a Team and to adapt to a fast-changing environment | Organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
