Criteria -

Education: Any Non-Engineering Graduate/PG (except BE/BTech/MCA). 
Graduation must be full time classroom course. Must have Degree Certificate.

Experience: 0 - 8 yrs (Freshers are eligible)

Salary
Upto 3.3 LPA for 0 - 1 year of relevant experience
Upto 4.3 LPA for 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
Upto 5.3 LPA for 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Upto 7.0 LPA for 4 - 8 years of relevant experience

Required Experience / Knowledge - 

  • Must have experience in PHS / Premium / New Business / Agency & Commission / Claims in  US Life Insurance or Annuity Process. Also considering Freshers.

  • Candidates must possess good communication skill – Both verbal and written
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Open to work in evening and Night Shifts (US Shifts) or Rotational Shifts, as per business need.
  • Ability to work independently / with a Team and to adapt to a fast-changing environment | Organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Must be resident of Noida / Delhi NCR / Nearby area

About the Role -

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality operational support across various domains, including New Business, Policy Holder Services, Premium, Agency & Commission, or Claims. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.

Functional Responsibilities -

  • New Business: Processing applications, verifying underwriting data, and ensuring accurate policy issuance.

  • Policy Holder Services (PHS): Managing policy amendments, address/beneficiary changes, and answering account-related inquiries.

  • Premium & Billing: Handling premium payments, account reconciliations, and resolving billing discrepancies.

  • Agency & Commission: Calculating commissions, managing agent licensing records, and resolving compensation inquiries.

  • Claims: Processing benefit claims, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely settlement per regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Process transactions accurately and timely according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain high levels of data integrity and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly targets and deadlines.

  • Adapt to process changes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
