Required Experience / Knowledge -
- Must have experience in PHS / Premium / New Business / Agency & Commission / Claims in US Life Insurance or Annuity Process. Also considering Freshers.
- Candidates must possess good communication skill – Both verbal and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open to work in evening and Night Shifts (US Shifts) or Rotational Shifts, as per business need.
- Ability to work independently / with a Team and to adapt to a fast-changing environment | Organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be resident of Noida / Delhi NCR / Nearby area
About the Role -
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality operational support across various domains, including New Business, Policy Holder Services, Premium, Agency & Commission, or Claims. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.
Functional Responsibilities -
New Business: Processing applications, verifying underwriting data, and ensuring accurate policy issuance.
Policy Holder Services (PHS): Managing policy amendments, address/beneficiary changes, and answering account-related inquiries.
Premium & Billing: Handling premium payments, account reconciliations, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Agency & Commission: Calculating commissions, managing agent licensing records, and resolving compensation inquiries.
Claims: Processing benefit claims, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely settlement per regulatory guidelines.
