Company – US based Multinational IT Company

Position: Analyst - Accounting (P2P)

Employment – Full time on-roll job

Location: Bangalore (Electronic City)

Working Mode: 5 days a week. Work from Office

Shift: Fixed US/UK Shift or Rotational Shift

Transportation: Cab facility provided

Joining required: Immediate or max within 20 days

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience

Salary: upto 4.3 LPA

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Education - BCom / BCom+MCom/MBA (Fin) (B.Com (full time/classroom) is mandatory)
  • Must have 2 - 4 of of experience in P2P (Procure to Pay) / AP (Accounts Payable) within a Multinational Corporation (MNC) or Shared Service environment.

  • Proven experience in business process transactions.
  • Proficiencies in business process management and optimization.
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently / with a Team and to adapt to a fast-changing environment | Organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Should be Flexible to work in different shifts/time zones

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute business process transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  2. Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members.
  3. Assist in process improvement projects and data analysis.
  4. Support the team in identifying process bottlenecks and maintaining quality standards.
  5. Ensure compliance with established quality and procedural guidelines.
  6. Contribute to updating and documenting process procedures.
  7. Work with the team to achieve performance targets and quality standards.
  8. Participate in training and development programs.
