Location: Noida

Employment: Full time Permanent on-roll job

Flexibility: Should be flexible to work in US shifts or Rotational Shifts

Working Mode: 5 days a week. Work from Office

Criteria -

Education: Any Non-Engineering Graduate/PG (except BE/BTech/MCA). *Graduation must be full time classroom course. Must have Degree Certificate*.

Experience: 0 - 8 yrs (Freshers are eligible) and 12 - 16 years for lead roles
Salary: 2.6 LPA for fresher, Upto 3.3 LPA for 1 - 1.5 yr, Upto 4.3 LPA for 1.5 - 3 yrs  and Upto 5.3 LPA for 3 - 5 yrs of relevant experience

Required Experience / Knowledge - 

• Must have experience in policy services & policy administration (PHS) in  US Life Insurance or Annuity Process. Freshers are also eligible

PHS (Policy Holder Services) - Experience processing policy changes (financial and non-financial), ownership/beneficiary updates. Ability to read policy contracts and riders

• Candidates must possess good communication skill – Both verbal and written
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open to work in evening and Night Shifts (US Shifts) or Rotational Shifts
• Ability to work independently / with a Team and to adapt to a fast-changing environment | Organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
