Currently have a team of 15000+ people comprising of In-Shop Promoters/Field Force, Merchandisers, Trainers, etc., across 1000+ towns in India, which are supervised and supported from our offices in 15+ cities across the length and breadth of the country.

Job description:-

1. Project Planning and Coordination –

· Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project manager and team members.

· Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.

· Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively addressing them to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.

2. Communication and Collaboration:

· Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating clear and effective communication.

· Organize and lead project meetings, documenting key decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks.

· Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

· Generate and distribute regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and upcoming tasks.

· Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as requested by project managers or senior leadership.

4. Resource Management:

· Assist in resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring that project teams have the necessary resources and support to fulfil their responsibilities.

· Track and manage project expenses, monitoring budget allocations and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

5. Quality Assurance:

· Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain high standards of project delivery.

· Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of project activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

6. Customer Service:

· Serve as a point of contact for PROJECT Related inquiries from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information and resolutions.

· Foster a culture of excellent customer service within the Project Managed Services team.

· Ensuring 90%+ adherence on Client C Sat Surveys

7. Data and Reporting:

· Maintain and analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Prepare regular reports on service delivery and performance for senior management


Eligibility Criteria:-

Education : Any Graduate/ PG: Any Postgraduate

Internal Tenure : 18 months in a particular role

Job Specific requirements: Team Management and networking, Client Servicing, Excel Skills
