Work locations -
In Bihar - Arrah, Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Chapra, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Patna,
In Chhattihgarh - Ambikapur, Bhilai, Bilaspur, Korba, Raigarh, Raipur
In Jharkhand - Bokaro, Deoghar, Dhanbad, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Ranchi
Job role -
- Selling Insurance products of HDFC Life, as per channel strategy (Banca, Direct, Agency).
- Meeting prospective customer in assigned geography and sell insurance solutions that cater to their financial needs.
Note - HDFC will provide intensive training, after joining, as part of employment.
Criteria -
- Must be Graduate / PG (Graduation is mandatory)
- Must have 1 - 10 years of full time work experience, preferably in any sales / marketing / business development / any relevant experience.
- Age must be between 21 to 38 yrs.
- Females and males - both preferred.
- Must have own 2-wheeler (mandatory)
- Must be resident of job location for 3+ yrs and must have strong personal network.
- Must be able to join immediately or max within 15 days after getting offer.
- Must have all relevant documents (like, PAN, Aadhar, Educational & Employment documents)
Salary – 2.75 to 5.20 LPA + Huge Incentives + Fast Track Growth*
*Salary hike and Promotion after every 6 months
